At ROYAL CAKES AND BAKES, we take pride in delivering fresh and quality bakery products.

Due to the perishable nature of cakes and baked goods, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

Refunds will only be considered if:

The wrong product is delivered

The product is damaged at the time of delivery

Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations are allowed only if requested before the order preparation has started.
